	<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://features.cgsociety.org/gallerycrits/216025/216025_1143040223_small.jpg"><br><br>This is my first piece submitted to these forums. I haven't painted in years and recently tried again. My first was a disaster, this is my second. I have much to learn and any help is appreciated. As well I am rather timid about creating works from my head and often use references. For this image, I only loosely used a reference for the eyes. I hope to eventually be able to do the works I've seen posted here, such fabulous talent! <br />
